Laksha Chicken Recipe

Here's a hot and spicy chicken noodle soup, which is great, as in a cup of flour makes it special. It is widely served in five-star hotels throughout the world. It is served as a starter.

Ingredients for this recipe:

Breast of chicken, cut into strips 500 grams, 1-inch piece of ginger, garlic 3-4cloves, 4 shallots, lemon grass, Rod chopped 1-inch piece of two oil Sesame (til oil) 3 tablespoons 3 cups of chicken broth, red peppers, seeded and 2 sliced, 1 teaspoon salt flavored 100 g snap, taste, lemon juice, 1 tbsp coconut milk 1 black pepper powder curry powder / 2 cups noodles, cooked onions 1 Cup, sliced 2-3, cucumber, sliced 1 medium, coriander, 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves, chopped 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 half.

METHOD of preparing Recipe chicken Laksha

Grind, garlic, shallots and paste.Heat Lemongrass with two tablespoons of Sesame in a large skillet or wok oil and bright light chicken FRY ginger to golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
Make heat oil remaining in the same skillet, add the dough on the ground and FRY until fragrant. Add the broth, chicken slices of red pepper and mix.
Add peas, snow and curry powder, salt and pepper powder and mix again.
Mix the lemon juice and coconut milk and bring to a boil. To serve, place pasta cooked on individual bowls and add the chicken, onions, cucumber, chopped coriander and fresh mint.
Pour the hot soup, say half of a lemon on the rim of the bowl and serve immediately.

1 Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
2 Portions: 4 persons
3. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
