Salmon smoked and spinach wood

If you read my writing or before revenue, you'll know that I love egg. Quiche also happens to be a staple in our weekly dinner menus. They are easy, and can take a taste you want with the ingredients that you add. If you're probably not surprised to see another recipe for eggs. Because I love egg and the French love to eat eggs for dinner, I thought that combine both here. Add salmon smoked (one of my favorite ingredients) I have a nice dish you presented here.

Frittatas are not very different. If you have a diet you low carbohydrate may be most familiar with frittatas, or if you are vegetarian.

I learned from my days frittatas vegetarian (pounds). So what is a frittata? Is this an omelet or a quiche? Good question. Some say omelet and some would say a crust quiche less. I like to treat them as a quiche. I prefer cooking the cooking for eggs, although occasional desire of French fried egg sunny side top please!)
A working MOM/wife/housewife just throwing in a capsule (less cleaning) and their cooking all at the same time (less preparation time) has its advantages. Tired, overworked or submerged, sometimes being in the kitchen is very boring.

Therefore combine eggs with some tasty salmon smoked and some frozen still thawed and drained spinach for some fiber and color. Use whatever remains we have and not worry about specific measures. Now, cut some fresh tarragon (or use some frozen), sprinkle with cheese (your hearts desire) and bake in the oven.
While it is in baking, take a break, a bath or visit with the children or drink a glass of wine. Anything that helps you to relax. Allow the kiln to do the work. Leftovers may be breakfast tomorrow (a motivation to get up a little earlier).

This is my idea of frittata. I suppose it could also be called a crustless quiche. I use less eggs and milk, and increase the bit of ingredients. I prefer grilling it, but you can also cook it.
4 eggs1/2 cup 125 ml milk, type1 Cup or 100 g frozen spinach (two large "bricks" or five small), thawed and drained while water excess Cup or (125 g) smoked chopped salmon (multiple slices) 2/3 cup 75 gr grated smoked cheddar or Gouda cheese2 was tarragon (fresh or frozen) Preheat oven to 190?C/375?F if soup cooking or set it on grill. Beat eggs and milk. pay pie or quiche dish or add another dish cooking salmon, spinach, cheese and tarragon. swirling around of ingredients even distribute, pepper to taste (no need for salt because already salted salmon) .Bake or broil for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with a medley of frozen vegetables (prepared in accordance with the directions of the package) and discarded with lemon butter or olive oil.
