How to do it


Using a blender or a food processor, chop the tomatoes, peeled and seeded.


Season with pepper, salt, sugar, crushed garlic cloves chopped tomatoes and dried oregano leaves and basil. Bake for about 10 minutes or until it begins to thicken, stirring frequently tomato mixture.


Stir in olive oil and allow to simmer for 2 minutes on low heat. Allow sauce tomato House cool and use as needed.
