Gluten free Christmas cake recipe

For those of you following a diet without gluten, you do not miss out the traditional Christmas cake. Here's how to make yourself! This is a simple recipe and delicious cake "traditional" Christmas - gluten-free course! It is completely filled with fruit and very easy to do. Just be sure to give you sufficient time in advance of your schedule to cook. While it takes a little time to prepare the ingredients, it is slow to create heavenly appreciation for the taste buds baking cake!


Gluten free Christmas cake recipe
Ingredients
1 kg mixed dried fruits *
1 cup glac? apricots, chopped
3/4 cup chopped glac? cherries
1/4 cup glac? ginger, chopped
1/3 cup walnuts or almonds *, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup brandy
Canola oil spray
1 cup brown sugar slightly Tassé
vegetable oil 1/4 cup
four eggs (59 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 cup freshly pressed juice of orange (from 1 orange)
2 cups of plain gluten-free flour
1/2 cup flour raise self gluten

Method
In a large bowl, mix the mixed dried fruit, chopped glac? apricots, cherries and ginger. Pour the brandy and mix through. Cover and rest at night. Add nuts and mix through.


Preheat oven to 150?C. Prepare a round cake tin, sprayed lightly with oil and lined with paper non-stick cooking 20 cm. Make sure the document is 5 cm above the edge of the cake tin.

Dessert: 30 preparation time: 10 minutes (Eve) more than 20 minutes of cooking (30 minutes to the total)


Cooking time: 3 hours


Tip: If using a forced oven forced fan, double line cake with paper baking Tin and vaguely lay an additional circle cooking paper on top of the cake if it began to darken too. You may need to reduce a little heat.
